Our Rehab and Nursing Centers have been providing services in West Michigan for 20+ years. Our residents range in age, diversity and acuity levels.
Our Fuller Avenue facility (750 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids) has been a cornerstone to our Grand Rapids Community for many years. In addition, our Fuller Ave. facility is a staple in Corewell Health's continuum of services.
Our typical shifts are as follows:
12 hours shifts nights: 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., Every third weekend
Accommodations for different schedules may be made but not guaranteed
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses -Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days of hire
