Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights into financial trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability and resilience of the organization.
Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting processes, analyze production costs, and implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
Capital Management: Manage capital expenditures, evaluate investment opportunities, and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards.
Compliance: Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risks.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Audit Management: Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of required documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and cost accounting in an industrial setting.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
