The opportunity
The role of a Digital Grid Senior will be to provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients implementing digital grid programs, capabilities and systems (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS) resulting in increased value and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities
Provide functional and/or technical experience and insights
Provide strategic and tactical insights, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients to help anticipate their needs
Facilitate client meetings and workshops
Identify and implement service delivery improvements to progress the quality of the service provided and/or the process efficiency
Identify and resolve/escalate issues and risks that affect scope, quality, schedule and resources
Develop and deliver status updates and communications
Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery
Stay current with the latest trends in the industry to be a trusted advisor/subject-matter resource for our clients' businesses
Participate in new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions
Develop long-term relationships with networks both internally and externally
Enhance the EY brand through strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients
Support the EY inclusiveness culture
Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year. Must have a valid driver's license

To qualify for the role you must have
Proven business or technical work experience in one or more of the following digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS
Bachelor's degree or a graduate degree with a minimum of two years of related work experience
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience delivering consulting services to Power & Utilities clients

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $90,600 to $166,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,700 to $188,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
