UKG is seeking a Group Vice President Sales for our New Logo Midmarket Sales organization covering the west of Mississippi territories.
This role involves leading diverse sales teams responsible for selling UKG's products and other related services to prospective customers of UKG.
About the team:
The GVP will be responsible for maximizing exceeding annual revenue goals for UKG's Pro, Dimensions and Ready prospective customers up to 2,500 employees.
Additionally, the GVP will work in a strong spirit of collaboration with their Sales peers and senior leadership across functional leaders at UKG to establish strong partnerships that deliver incredible success for our sales organization.
In alignment with a highly effective sales process, this team will be supported by robust pre-sales and sales operations teams.
This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, New Logo Midmarket Sales.

Responsibilities:
Create and foster a customer-first, employee-centric highly engaged culture, leading by example through UKG's values of United, Kind, and Growing
Meet and exceed quotas and revenue targets
Set and execute an aggressive sales execution strategy to generate strong annual revenue growth
Drive long term success with a focus on building high performing teams through coaching and development to ensure revenue growth year over year
Establish sales best practices and metrics for the following:
o Pipeline growth
o Pipeline accuracy and integrity
o Accurate forecasting
o Depth of product and industry knowledge
o Standardized sales strategies and account reviews
Conduct quarterly operational reviews for each sales team to reinforce best practices
Present quarterly results on productivity and quota attainment to UKG Executive Committee in addition to other UKG leaders
Develop and implement go to market strategies for sales
Qualifications
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years with proven experience selling SaaS solutions
Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
5+ years as a senior leader including managing multiple layers of people leaders
Strong executive presence, able to build immediate credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead a team through change by leveraging effective coaching skills in a high-paced, evolving environment
50-75% national travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Strong operational and analytical abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Experience selling or leading a team selling HCM/WFM software
Consistently exceeding quota and team goals.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $XX to $XX (or $XX) per year.
