Job Summary
IT Business Delivery team is committed to establishing and improving strategic business partnerships, while developing and delivering high ROI and competitive IT solutions. This partnership is built thru stakeholder engagement, IT solution delivery management, as well as IT technical project management.
We are looking for an IT Business Delivery Partner to join our team and oversee the delivery of IT solutions that support Business Unit (OpCo) objectives. You will be responsible for managing the IT project portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet OpCo expectations.
Job Responsibilities
As a key partner of Envista OpCo's, this leader must develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the strategic plans and goals of the Business Unit, and formulate corresponding IT strategic plan to align with business goals.
Establish close cooperation and trust relationships with OpCo leaders, continuously promote IT visibility and influence from the business side and improve overall customer satisfaction (internal & external).
Closely cooperate and coordinate across IT capability owners to deliver high quality IT services and build solutions for key business needs and enable business agility.
Explore and combine industry trends and best practices, to proactively provide constructive suggestions and solutions for business requirements.
Drive cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring that they align with the business strategy and objectives.
Manage the IT project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on business needs, risks, and resources.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
Provides education to new partners with regards to IT service offerings
Defines new services to support business needs.
Manage IT resources, including staff, vendors, and contractors, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and support to deliver quality IT services.
Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring that IT services are compliant with regulatory and security requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities for IT service improvement, innovation, and optimization.
Provide IT leadership, guidance, and support to the business units and IT staff.
Tracks ROI for business initiatives including cost, benefits, and risk.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a business or consulting environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to grow and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.
Strong motivation and influence skills to build common ground between IT and business, communicate effectively with various technical or non-technical personnel, and align the best solutions and implement them through informal leadership ability.
Strong business learning and analysis ability, sense of responsibility, logical thinking, curiosity, and self-learning ability for new technologies.
Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to multi-tasking, demanding, flexible and professional work environment.
Systematic problem-solving approach with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and progress in high ambiguity and uncertainty areas.
Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a related discipline is an asset.
Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
