The Senior Sitecore Architect for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the development and implementation of projects on our Sitecore platform, including regular software releases and major implementations to improve the experiences of our customers The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing largescale Sitecore solutions, experience partnering with business as well as IT stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of digital marketing, content management, and DevOps best practices.
This position is part of the Digital Technologies team located in Brea, CA and will be fully remote with up to 10% travel required. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Digital Operations team and report to the Digital Operations Manager responsible for the company's website and related technologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the technical design and development of Sitecore solutions, including architecture design, development, customization, and integration with other systems such as Coveo for Sitecore search platform, front-end solutions for Intershop ecommerce, and document repository systems
Collaborate with project managers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Work with stakeholders and product managers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with other architects and technical stakeholders to ensure that Sitecore solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems and platforms
Lead the evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance the Sitecore platform and improve development processes
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 9+ years experience in hands-on Sitecore development, with a deep understanding of Sitecore architecture and best practices
Strong experience with .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working with container-based architecture solutions on AWS or Azure
Sitecore Upgrade Experience
Building a multi-site platform using Sitecore
Experience with building mobile applications and mobile-first experiences

The salary range for this role is $130K-$160K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
