About the role
As a CBRE CMMS Business Analyst, you'll perform basic analysis to ensure that recommendations and business conclusions are backed by sound data findings and detailed data research.
They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving efficiency and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. The primary function for this role is to maintain the CMMS as an admin, have responsibility for the lab asset management and to ensure that both the customer and CBRE computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is up to date and ensure standardization of the asset data in accordance with the CBRE procedures.
This position is US Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone)
What you'll do
Manage change requests within CMMS systems generated by ARC requests and annual needs assessment/entitlements outcomes
Maintain site records
Exceptions file management (failed work order reporting) to identify issues/corrections
Monitor and manage new user CMMS requests including monitor access approval, set up
All CMMS reporting:
Daily asset and work order report queries, upload to Vantage Analytics
Weekly 60-day look ahead reporting for operations and J&J POCs
Monthly work order metric reporting for KPI purposes
Ad hoc reporting as needed for inventory projects, operations reporting, etc.
Inventory project support: new and decommissioned asset changes, placing assets out of service, assigning owners
Ensure proper transfer of work order service requests from Si7 to Maximo
Support implementation to new CMMS platform (eMaint)
What you'll need
2+ years CMMS system experience required
Self-starter, independent worker
Ability to analyze data and identify data gaps
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Prior experience as a CMMS admin, Maximo strongly preferred.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Demonstrate experience with analyzing large data sets with the goal to identify gaps and inconsistencies to resolve and implement data quality best practices and standard practices to make judgments.
Ability to relate data to operational needs and identify actionable recommendations within the data and improve performance
