About the Role:
As a CBRE Coordinator for Exterior Services, you will be accountable to provide work order scheduling, status, billing, and service delivery support for exterior services across a portfolio of Church properties. Role is accountable to meet or exceed Church service level standards within approved operating budget.
You will support a portfolio of 460 to 525 Church sites, for exterior services that include landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot sweeping. You will verify that services were successfully completed, communicate with third-party service providers, and manage service escalations on behalf of the Church. From time to time, you will educate third-party providers on how to use the mobile CMMS app, and address service delivery issues within an acceptable period.
This position will report to the Manager of Exterior Services that supports your Church portfolio, you will be supported by other Managers of Exterior Services, and a series of Exterior Services Coordinators.
What You will Do:
Provide directions to external exterior service third-party providers.
Verify exterior services scope of work, provide third-party performance management, verify budget adherence.
Ensure that all scheduled services remain on schedule and any issues are escalated and resolved so that the Church site is ready for worship.
Work with CBRE Operations Managers and Field Technicians within your portfolio to support exterior services solutions and manage through completion.
Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial or business presentations.
Maintain effective client and third-party provider relationships.
Apply knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish assignments and provide solutions.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Explain difficult information on a timely basis.
What You will Need:
Experience in exterior services, including management of third-party providers.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of accounting and budgeting.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CMMS systems. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Corrigo, etc.
Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
