Leverage your deep expertise in digital and industry consulting to help clients unlock the power of their data and create intelligent applications that enhance customer and employee experiences, optimize operations, and drive innovation.
Shape digital transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients by framing client challenges, shaping data and AI value propositions and delivering solutions on the Microsoft platform.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams of data and AI consultants, industry experts, architects, engineers, and delivery managers to design and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations.
Set the strategy and roadmap for data and AI transformations for clients, tailoring to industry needs and business requirements by aligning with business goals, industry trends, and best practices.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on data and AI topics, including generative AI, data governance, data ethics, data literacy, and data culture.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and understanding of the drivers of value creation and competitive advantage in different industries (e.g., Financial Services, Health, Retail/CPG, Energy, Manufacturing, etc.) with C-Level client relationship building experience.
Proven track record of leading or contributing to large-scale, complex digital transformations that align with client growth strategies and topline objectives.
Deep expertise in data and AI, including data strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.
Passion for innovation, learning, and solving challenging problems with cutting-edge technologies, with the ability to identify trends and create new business opportunities.
Background with solution architecture and building complex, multi-year digital transformation roadmaps for clients, using data and AI as enablers and differentiators.
Expertise consulting and solutioning on the Microsoft platform (or similar Cloud provider)
A collaborative and agile mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and diverse teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technical experts (verbal and written).
Strong storytelling and demo skills, articulating the value propositions of technological capabilities, and how these can help clients achieve their goals.

What you need:
Minimum of 8 years of practitioner experience in strategic industry consulting, with a focus on digital innovation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data and AI consulting, sales, or delivery roles.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies, ideally including Azure Data Services, Azure AI Services, and/or Power Platform.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus points if you have:
- Preferred certifications: Ideally, you have at least 1 Microsoft certification, such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or equivalent.
About the Role:
The Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) Integrated Platform Team (IPT) is the go-to-market engine focused on selling and delivering strategic cloud plays across our largest clients in North America. These are the Data and AI Plays Accenture is bringing to market on the Microsoft platform, and the IPT leads will need to become experts on these plays and be able to help shape end-to-end digital transformations, stitching these plays together to drive top-line growth for clients and our North America business.

What you will do:
Work with the GenAI team and other subject matter experts to develop and deliver compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations for the Data and AI plays.
Identify and qualify opportunities in the NA market, leveraging your existing network and building new relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Collaborate with account teams, industry teams, and solution architects to create and execute account strategies and shape solutioning roadmaps.
Support the delivery of strategic consulting and roadmapping engagements for the Data and AI plays, providing thought leadership and tailoring to industry trends, use cases and needs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and developments in the Data and AI domain, and share your knowledge and expertise with clients and internal teams.
