The OSE Finance Manager will report to the VP of Finance, Office of Strategic Execution and will be an integral part of the Office of Strategic Execution's finance function. This role will work with functional workstreams across the Powertrain and Clean Air businesses as well as with external consultants to ensure financial targets of initiatives are appropriately calculated, tracked, and ultimately validated through to the bottom line.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with initiative owners to ensure appropriate and sufficient support is provided.
Use WAVE as single source of truth for tracking progress of all initiatives.
Work with workstream leaders and initiative owners to achieve successful implementation of new initiatives.
Demonstrates and champions Tenneco's Core Values in all actions.
Performs other related duties as assigned by executive leaders.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance functions.
