Let’s work together.What You’ll Do / Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business through your blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills. In this role, you will guide RFP management:Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groupsNegotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancementsAnalyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracyAdminister re-quotes and corrections Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipelineIn addition to RFP management, your ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships will be vital as you collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved. The Sales Analyst will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions: professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check-ins, scheduled meetings, etc.In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to shine and showcase your blend of applicable skills and experiences. Experience collaborating with your immediate team, as well as external partners & customersAbility to make independent decisions that have a real impact on our businessProblem solving, decision making, and analytical thinking consistent with company objectivesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with underwriting guidelines is preferredExperience and knowledge with Group Employee Benefits Products is preferredExperience using Salesforce CRM is preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferredLife and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.
