Responsible to create and deploy email campaigns to include planning, testing, evaluating and reporting metrics. Develop and analyze emails and email campaigns that support business objectives while ensuring messages are sent in proper formats and templates to the correct audiences. Create and deploy emails and email campaigns for various audiences. Ensure that emails comply with organizational standards, email marketing best practices and CAN-Spam laws. Test email messages to ensure proper formats and templates are utilized and adaptable to various electronic devices. Participate in quality assurance testing and monitor tools to maintain and improve quality standards. Track and report on email campaigns to optimize delivery. Collaborate in the evaluation and implementation of new and emerging Salesforce and email best practices. Assist social media marketing efforts and employee communication initiatives as needed. "Qualifications" Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Journalism or related field is required. Three (3) years of related work experience is required. Previous experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Manager, Litmus and/or related software tools and programs is required. Advanced verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of coding emails for mobile and desktop devices using data languages such as HTML and basic CSS. Working knowledge of email formats and templates compatible for various electronic devices. Ability to apply A/B testing to determine performance and quality standards. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to organize email campaigns. Ability to educate and influence stakeholders through emails and email campaigns. Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines. Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues. Ability to work after normal business hours including weekends to support urgent communication initiatives.
