This position is responsible for providing design, configuration, testing and end-user support for assigned modules in the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) application, in addition to other systems and products supported by the Talent and Human Performance team. * Own the functional configuration, testing, and deployment management processes for assigned HR technology products or modules. Partners with Information Technology where collaboration is necessary for execution. * Partner with HR stakeholders across the Enterprise to gather process and technology requirements that impact HR processes and support the design of future-state processes. * Plan and execute testing activities for system updates and track the development of test scenarios, test scripts, and success criteria for positive and negative testing. * Support related training and job aid content development. * Provides routine, custom and ad-hoc reporting to HR leadership and other stakeholders. * Provide end-user support and training on assigned modules. * Partner with vendors and Information Technology to resolve problems, provide recommended solutions and mitigate technology risks. * Maintain an awareness of the HR technology environment for opportunities to improve processes, adopt new features and maximize technology investments. * Assist with vendor selection and implementation activities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or related field required. * Three (3) years' experience in the Human Resources technical environment or related environment, including experience coordinating HR technology projects, requirements gathering, solutioning, configuration, testing and implementation required. * Prior experience working with Human Resources Information Systems or Talent Management systems, and report writing preferred. * Two (2) years project management experience preferred. * Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness. * Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and within established deadlines. * Proven ability to multitask and prioritize as it relates to contributing on multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and build relationships within and across organizational levels and functions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. * Familiarity with HR processes.
