The Stellantis Sales and After Sales in Customer Experience Student Program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets of a strategic enterprise. Within the program, students will support the Sales and After Sales team, in one of the Stellantis functional areas.
The Sales and After Sales Student will work with the Sales, After Sales, Network, and Brand teams in the facilitation of CX related programs and initiatives. The CX Operations team is crucial to bridging the gap between corporate strategies and field operations as they support the dealer network. Candidates will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our Customer Experience department and apply their coursework to drive results. This position will Drive strategy and alignment between regional teams as we implement Stellantis Operating Guidelines with our dealerships. The position provides students an opportunity to work year-round in a part-time role. Our program requires students to work 24 hours a week during normal business hours Monday-Friday. In addition to this, students that demonstrate outstanding qualities will be considered for full-time positions in our various new hire programs following graduation.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
Currently a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
Strong data analysis skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
