The Stellantis Customer Experience Student Program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets of a strategic enterprise. Within the program, students will support Customer Experience, in one of the Stellantis functional areas.
The Customer Experience Student Program projects are available within the following areas: Current Production Quality, Assembly Corporate Quality, Control Tower, Powertrain Corporate Quality, and Reliability Quality. Candidates will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our Customer Experience department and apply their coursework to drive results. The position provides students an opportunity to work year-round in a part-time role. Our program requires students to work 24 hours a week during normal business hours Monday-Friday. In addition to this, students that demonstrate outstanding qualities will be considered for full-time positions in our various new hire programs following graduation.
Pursuing an Engineering Bachelor's degree at an accredited university
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
Currently a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
Previous internship within a quality function
Strong data analysis skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must exhibit strong leadership characteristic
Creative and innovative thinking
