What You'll Do:
The Trainer will work in collaboration with Business Unit Leadership and SMEs, as well as the HR Business Partner(s), to support business unit learning and development needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key Business Unit Stakeholders and HR Business Partners
Develop, implement and foster a core learning & development strategy for the business unit
Conduct/participate in Needs Assessment interviews
Manage program implementation and reporting
Facilitate training that meets design specifications
Maintain awareness of existing program resources across all channels
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience conducting needs assessments, identifying training needs, and recommending performance and non-performance solutions to business leaders and key stakeholders (business leaders, HR business partners, and L&D colleagues)killed in consulting with stakeholders to diagnose, partner and develop learning solutions that could solve business challenges.
Communication - Comfortable speaking clearly and effectively in group settings. Writes articulately and concisely. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including e-mail.
Listening skills - Thoughtful and strategic listener to gather needed and actionable intelligencebefore solving
Organization and planning - plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.
Influence - Possesses the aptitude to motivate stakeholders towards a course of action
Flexibility/Adaptability - adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Openness to criticism and ideas - often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism or negative feedback
Comfort with facilitating learning programs in a variety of modalities (in person, virtual, etc.).
Great collaboration skills, able to engage a diverse variety of people in solution design and delivery
Excellent client relationship skills, verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge of learning management systems (Workday) and other learning platforms (NovoEd, Articulate, etc.)
Pay Range: $66,980- $130,020 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
