ABOUT THE JOB
The Marketing Operations (MOPs) team plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the management of data pertaining to contacts, marketing opportunities, and marketing campaigns. OneStream is looking for a Data Team Specialist dedicated to providing a significant impact to the MOPs team workload, productivity, data quality, and improving overall team performance. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, demonstrate excellence in organization and attention to details.
This role will report to the Data Team Manager and will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to act as a bridge between the Data Team and marketing-related processes, providing crucial support specific to data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and governance practices. This individual's expertise, derived from Marketing Operations training, will empower our Marketing team to execute targeted lead nurturing, and make more informed decisions, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary areas of responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Data quality assurance, reducing errors, enforcing data quality standards, and ensuring our marketing data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Data integration, work with our team to integrate data from various sources, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and database prospecting platforms.
Operations efficiency, through individual management of marketing data, the MOPS team will work to streamline our marketing processes and identify areas for future automation.
Real-time insights, updating data in real-time that enables responsive updates and more accurate insights specific to campaign performance.
Cross-functional consistency, unified data that will ensure continual alignment and improvements for data optimization.
Team contribution to managing the stability of the internal day-to-day Sales Support ticketing queue
Contribute to any all hands team projects that arise throughout the year
Ability to "wear multiple hats" and knowing the data end-to-end across Revenue Operations (not exclusively MOPs data). Eagerness and willingness to work cross-functionally.
Specific deliverables will include:
Update, maintain and ensure data integrity of the MOPs Lead Flow Dashboard
Monitor daily MOPs processes and contact data for efficiency of data processing, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain discrepancy reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into data governance and performance
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations and/or Data Quality
Experience working with Data Loader is a plus
Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Business acumen for effective cross-collaboration
Ability to work independently
Flexible and adaptable
