As a part-time, temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll help each candidate have an exceptional journey through the recruiting process. You'll source candidates, review resumes, screen candidates and schedule interviews. We're looking for a creative thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves and find the best people to join our Morley Family.
Role Details / Work Location
This is a part-time, temporary role, so is a great way to learn something new and gain valuable experience!
- Part time: Work 15-32 hours per week, scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Temporary: Job duration is based on business needs.
This is a hybrid role.
- You'll onboard and train at Morley's Saginaw, Michigan, headquarters.
- Afterward, you'll be in the office at least one day a week, and work from home the remainder of the time.
While on site, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with both individuals and large groups
- Demonstrated business-sense
- Collaboration, decision making, rapport-building and follow-up skills
- Able to come up with creative solutions and be able to adjust to changes
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of recruiting experience
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (preferably iCIMS)
- Experience sourcing candidates for a variety of positions on various platforms
- Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, during the initial training period and as required after that point
- Able to travel to area job fairs and talent acquisition-based engagements as needed (occasional)
- Available to work shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, with flexibility to work early or late hours and weekends as needs require
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
