JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Assistant
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Scanning and electronically filing documents such as PO's, Production Cards, SRO's, and any other data retention required
Front Window reception duties
PO's (creating, scanning, e-filing)
Alpha Back Order (data entry, scanning, e-filing)
Creating Owner's Manual packets (Alpha's, Ghost Engines, Legacy)
Printing Job Packets for all departments
Mail, Interoffice Mail
Assisting Office Staff as needed
Order and maintain supplies needed for the office
Produce, send and track boat and motor MSO's
All document retention including but not limited to:
Scanning, filing, sending to an offsite storage location and shredding
Creating and maintaining owner's manual packets for each boat
Printing job packets required to build boats
Support other functions in the office as needed
Contribute to team effort by assisting in other job-related areas as needed
Prefered Experience
High school diploma or GED.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to do so tactfully, courteously, and effectively.
Professional & proactive attitude and approach.
Detail-oriented: quality and precision-focused.
Outcome-oriented: strong performance and results-focused.
Ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with minimal supervision.
