Perform method validation and fit for purpose experiments and method qualification for new lot of testing materials. Engage in Troubleshooting of OpenLab HPLC S/W and Agilent 1290 UHPLC instrument. Performing routine QC testing in support of in-process, release, and stability for drug product and drug substances. Perform testing of Poloxamer, Triton and Poly-ethylene Imine using Agilent OpenLab S/W . Engage in routine laboratory operations including equipment cleaning, laboratory cleaning, inventory control, and logbook management. Authoring, revising, and updating SOPs/Forms and other relevant controlled documentation. Perform peer review of both internal and externally generated data. Assisting with the method qualification and method transfers as needed. Ensuring laboratory operational readiness and assist with troubleshooting/continuous improvement as needed. • Ensuring all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with required safety standards.  Travel and /or relocation to untanicpated US locations required.
