Job Title: Credit & Collections Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Credit & Collections Manager to lead our Credit and Collections team. Key Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Management:
- Assess and manage credit risk by evaluating customer creditworthiness and establishing credit limits.
Collections Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debt.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the Credit and Collections team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in credit and collections procedures and implement best practices.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on credit and collections performance, providing insights to senior management.
Policy Development:
- Develop and enforce credit and collections policies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration with Sales and Finance:
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align credit decisions with business goals.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to credit and collections activities.
Hybrid Work Model:

Requirements
MUST HAVES
IMPORTANT
Supervisory experience (will be overseeing 3 direct reports)
This is a hands-on working manager role, need to be comfortable with that
Experience with creating monthly cash forecasts based on AR, sales, and collections input
Understanding of how to drive improved cash flow through collection efforts
Process improvement (will be refining current processes)
Eager, willing to learn, strong culture fit
Ability to work interdepartmentally, excellent communication skills
