Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ' company, is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a team of IT professionals in support of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Vehicle Fuel Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities
Plan each phase of projects, assess business implications for each phase, evaluate performance results, and recommend changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Oversee and direct a support team of 12-15 IT professionals providing subject matter expertise in the following areas:
Desktop Management and Service Desk
Data Center Management
Enterprise Connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wireless)
Voice Services and Audio/Video Support
IT Security
Business Support (Inventory Management, Software Tracking, Warranty Administration)
Laboratory Information Systems
Application Services
Engineering/Solution Development
Function as a subject matter expert across multiple project assignments.
Perform a permanent hands-on technical support role in support of this Task Order
Attend scheduled meetings with the EPA government team to discuss business related to the performance of the Task Order, and ongoing and upcoming work projects.
Track work tasks designated as projects in the approved project management methodology tracker.
Interfaces with the local Contract Officer Representative for technical direction.
Qualifications
Certified Project Management Professional.
Satisfy one of the following requirements:
60 months experience leading projects (with a high school diploma or associate degree)
36 months experience leading projects (with a four-year degree)
24 months experience if the PM is a graduate of a Global Accreditation Center (GAC) program.
Shall be a technical expert in at least one major IT support area, such as IT security, network engineering, telecommunications, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
