About Us:
The HCM Strategic Advisor Principal will work closely with senior leaders and the UKG sales teams in prospective and existing customer-facing functions to innovate and develop offerings, solutions, best practices, and consultative guidance for unique and complex challenges affecting the buyer's business and their employees. This includes leading complex initiatives with minimal guidance, delivering consultative tools and resources, and influencing key decision makers within UKG and customers organizations.
About You:
In addition, the HCM Strategic Advisor Principle will be a thought leader in the Human Capital Management space. This includes developing content, unique ideas, and innovative approaches when speaking at events and conferences and writing on Human Capital Management topics and trends that are impacting organizations today.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Networks with senior leaders and sales team in prospect/customer-facing functions within UKG and acts as a trusted advisor by providing consultative services, best practices, and new ideas. Establishes an ongoing information exchange and interprets internal/external business challenges and emerging trends that inform the focus of the Human Insights Team, The Workforce Institute, and UKG sales team.
Applies subject matter expertise in analyzing input from various internal and external stakeholders to solve unique and complex issues specific to people-centric approaches that are relevant to a large percentage of businesses.
Operationalizes innovative solutions that address the needs analysis findings and determines ways to scale such tools to broaden the reach and impact without the ongoing need for additional resources.
Partners with The Workforce Institute, marketing, and the human insights team members to share insights and develop a final product, program, or process.
Manages, collaborates, and contributes to multifaceted social media and content engagement strategy to promote the HCM Strategic Advisory Group and Individual thought leadership speaking, writing, content, tools, and resources to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Collaborates with various internal stakeholders to share insight and recommendations for product development and future considerations.
Develops content and brings unique ideas, innovative approaches and viewpoints when speaking at various conferences, webinars, events, and workshops such as UKG, SHRM, APA, and many others internationally, nationally, statewide, and regionally.
Writes and publishes articles, blogs, and other content to various outlets inside and outside of UKG.
Develops and provides presentations, content, tools, resources.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in HCM technology with management/leadership experience, experience as HR or Payroll practitioner, HCM sales professional, IT professional, consultant, or advisor. OR
3+ years of experience internally with UKG Product as a subject matter expert on UKG's HCM solution.
Demonstrated experience influencing/advising or building a business case with executive stakeholders for HCM technology investments.
Demonstrated success in implementing HCM technology as an internal stakeholder or external consultant and/or experience leading HCM technology evaluations as an internal project manager or external consultant/advisor.
Prior experience in speaking in front of large groups.
Prior professional experience in writing content.
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering thought leadership, best practices, and innovation.
Travel Requirements:
The job requires 60% travel to speaking events, prospects and customers, and team meetings. Overnight stays and occasional weekend stays are required.
Virtual office work and activities, travel to and from events, hotel stays, commuting in a conference environment, presenting on stage.
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $109,000.00 to $156,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,350.00 to $179,400.00 per year.
