SUMMARY
Manage multiple Properties, Aggregate Crusher, Wash Plant and Crew throughout western Michigan (Barry, Ionia & Van Buren Counties).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Ensure cost efficiencies of multiple Aggregate Crushers and Wash Plants throughout western Michigan
Supervise and direct mining and crushing plans of operation.
Ensure compliance with MSHA and all regulations
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Participate in developing annual operating budgets
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated; ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility for regional travel
Must have a good safety record
Self-motivated; ability to work independently
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
