Responsible for enforcing parking ordinances throughout the contracted enforcement area while maintaining professionalism and customer service.

Essential Functions
Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner
Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary
Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations
Provide consistent enforcement of parking ordinances
Follow daily schedule for revenue collection and deposit
Issue all citations using the Duncan Integrator 2000 system
Testify in court, when and if needed
Utilize safe automobile and pedestrian procedures
Expeditiously contact the appropriate person for repairs of parking meters, street signs, light poles, scofflaws, traffic problems abandoned vehicles, customer auto repairs and other concerns and issues
Report suspicious situations to your supervisor and/or police
Provide customer assistance when requested
Maintain safe and secure driving practices
Complete necessary reports and logs
Inter-act with City staff and customers in a professional, courteous manner
Responsibilities
Issues and/or collects visitor parking tickets
Matches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change
Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
Performs revenue drops following specific location procedures
Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required
Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
Communicates professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates
Physical Requirements
Driving- 8 to 10 miles per shift
Walkin- 6 to 8 miles per shift
Outdoor Elements -Heat, cold, rain, snow
Equipment - Hand held ticket computer and printer
Tolerance - High tolerance level and extreme patience are essential
Qualifications
One year of similar experience preferred.
High school education or equivalent. Valid state issued driver's license and driving record in compliance with Company's Motor Vehicle Record policy, if enforcement position requires operation of a vehicle.
Must be able to communicate verbally in English. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read and write in English.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
