Expected pay for this position is: $15.00/hour
POSITION SUMMARY: Food Services Floater will serve customers on the food line, wash dishes using the dish machine and three compartment sink, prepare hot and cold food items, operate the cash register, stock nourishments, and assist with cleaning of the department. Duties will also include, answering the department phone, taking patients' food orders, sets up patient trays, and delivering meal trays to the patients' room. Also provide exemplary service to patients and cafeteria customers. Comply with regulatory requirements.
Experience: Successful completion of Serve Safe Certification Examination within 6 months of hire.
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience: 6 months previous cooking experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting, within the past 5 years.
Certification: Food Sanitation Certification
