Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Seasonal Office Worker to join our team in Holland, MI. This is a 12 week assignment starting in Mid-May and commencing in Mid-August.
As a Human Resources Seasonal Office Workeryou will:
Perform tasks and duties related to the design and development of training programs that provide Haworth members knowledge and skills to meet Haworth's business objectives, assist the Training and Development team with updating training documentation, providing first round drafts of standard work documents, perform basic proofreading of training materials, write articles for the HR Help module, help set up rooms for training, and much more.
Do you have these required qualifications?
High School Diploma or GED
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI from May 2024 to August 2024 without housing or relocating assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Previous experience with adult learning, change management, communication, etc.
Desire to learn and grow!
College enrollment
Overall GPA of at least 2.95
Prior Haworth Experience
Previous Employment Experience
Extra-Curricular Activity Experience such as athletics, clubs, volunteer work, etc.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Excellent written, verbal, and platform skills.
Excellent PC and keyboard/mouse skills.
Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and training techniques.
Ability to move and lift material weighing up to 50 pounds.
