The Bohning Company, located outside of Lake City, Michigan, is looking to add an Administrative Coordinator. Applicants MUST have excellent organizational skills and work well as a team to assist others in keeping on track with a variety of tasks. Some of the tasks include scheduling for both internal and external deadlines, communication with others inside and outside of the organization, keeping a calendar of events and making sure everything needed for that event is done in a timely manner, etc. Good computer skills are needed for this position. Position also assists in social media posting, tracking and scheduling of advertisements and organizing contracts. Willingness to learn light graphic design / photography is a plus.
