Finance Manager. Act as finance business partner of Americas Sales and Program Management teams. Provide financial insight and guidance in support of commercial activities. Support and ensure adequate price management and CAPEX controls. Provide support and guidance in preparation of business cases. Provide financial guidance for development of CAPEX business cases. Manage annual CAPEX budget of $100M+, ensuring adequate controls and timely capitalization of assets. Ensure timely invoicing and recovery of customer paid tooling. Provide financial guidance on strategic decisions about investments, price, and cost. Support customer recovery when applicable. Manage accounting of contractual and noncontractual price controls and accruals. Drive accounts receivable credit and collection performance and issue resolution. Drive process and efficiency improvements in commercial finance areas. Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and two years of automotive industry experience as a Finance Manager. Experience must include: leading financial results/forecasts reporting, identifying and managing risks/opportunities against forecasts and business plans, coordinating analysis and development of business plans, working to understand market and industry trends, and maintaining key P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet performance metrics.
