ABOUT THE JOB
OneStream is looking for product champions to enthusiastically drive innovation that keeps pace with our industry-leading growth and achieves 100% customer success. As a OneStream Business Analyst, you will utilize your OneStream product knowledge and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) domain experience to prepare and organize high quality User Stories that provide a consistent stream of work for our Sprinting teams. You will partner with Product Managers to execute product strategy and ensure stakeholder requests are comprehensively represented in requirements for software engineers and acceptance tests for quality assurance engineers. We are looking for experienced Business Analysts interested in a career in Product Management and ready to take the next step to join our high-performing product team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides input regarding optimal solutions to meet business needs, manage project deliverables, and meet delivery commitments.
Interview employees at all levels to analyze work procedures and operational methods for the need's analysis stage of implementation. Document current and desired product processes and ensure they are communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
Translate business requirements into clear, accurate and concise functional requirements.
Organize and communicate business requirements from stakeholders to development teams via Epics and Stories.
Perform user acceptance testing and control policies.
Continuous hands-on learning of OneStream's comprehensive, unified CPM platform as you strive to become a product expert.
Maintain close relationships with Business Partners, Customers, and Customer-facing OneStreamers so that you can align customer use cases to stakeholder product requirements
Evangelize OneStream product innovation in Webinars, Customer Meetings, and User Conferences
Provide personal and professional support to fellow OneStreamers that contributes to our focus on teamwork and customer success.
Assist other Business Analyst resources to effectively prepare stories that enable high velocity, quality development output.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Formal Education and Certification
College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise software environment.
Familiarity with accounting terms and systems.
Experience with CPM domain: Financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Experience with CPM applications, such as:
OneStream
Oracle Hyperion
SAP
Other CPM solutions
2+ years of Agile development process experience
Experience creating and updating project plans.
Experience with cloud hosted software
Personal Attributes
Empathy for customer concerns.
Skilled using Jira, Confluence, Office 365, and Microsoft Visio.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent listening, verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
