Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB
OneStream is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Manager to play a pivotal role supporting the GTM teams, and Revenue Operations function. This role will be responsible for leveraging our Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms and tools to acquire, extract, analyze, and visualize data to support the GTM organization. This role is responsible for supporting planning activities, data-driven decision making and providing strategic insights through reporting and analysis around key performance metrics across different areas of our business. This individual will also be responsible for summarizing and communicating, both written and verbally, findings to various internal customers. The successful candidate for this role has a blend of both technical and business experience with strong expertise in Salesforce.com. The candidate has both a technical affinity for automation and reporting, as well as an analytical mindset for evaluating data to extract business insights.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain responsibility for supporting, extending, and improving reporting and data visualizations for the revenue teams.
Capture functional and business requirements and effectively translate to technical requirements.
Increase awareness and adoption of reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
Build and analyze reports using BI tools including SFDC, Revenue Intelligence or similar platforms with efforts focused on automation and real-time delivery.
Responsible for collection, interpretation, and presentation of key performance indicators across all revenue teams including pipeline, forecasting, activity, quota, retention, etc.
Create and maintain cutting-edge data visualizations with simple and intuitive UI
Create and maintain centralized views of customers, partners, prospects, etc. for the revenue teams to leverage in daily operations.
Communicate analytic insights to senior management and business stakeholders, and present complex information clearly.
Implement descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across multiple business functions
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide actionable insights for the revenue team.
Prepare monthly and quarterly OKR (operational key results) reporting and presentations.
Support ad hoc data, reporting and analysis needs.
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 + years relevant work experience
3 + years experience with Salesforce.com
3 + years' experience in sales-related analytical functions
2 + years experience with a Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Deep Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with SalesForce.com Revenue Intelligence, CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM/Wave Analytics/Einstein Analytics
Experience in a high growth B2B software or enterprise software company
Experience in a SaaS organization
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical and statistical skills
Proven track record of defining and executing key analysis with minimal supervision
Experience as a data & reporting subject matter expert
Demonstrated understanding of key revenue performance metrics and processes (pipeline, forecasting, demand generation, retention, lead attribution, etc.)
Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and react efficiently to unexpected requests
Legally authorized to work for any company in the country where this position is located without sponsorship.
