Job Description SummarySupports the organization's customer planning and analysis activities, including the active participation in budgeting, forecasting along with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles. Maintaining records of organization's sales with creating reports on Volume / Revenue performance for use internal to AAM with supporting systems.

Analyzing current and past internal and 3rd party customer data
Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
Closing open review questions from budgets, forecasts, and actual performance
Coordinating with members of the Sales and Finance teams to review customer information and forecasts
All other duties as assigned
*Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
*Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
*Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
*Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
*Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
*All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or closely related field
3-5 years professional experience
Good knowledge of and experience with business and accounting principles
Self-motivated, resourceful, and detailed
Ability to work effectively with all associates
Proficient with Microsoft office products - Excel and PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and S&P (IHS)
Experience with Saphran desirable
