Position: Instructional Assistant
Location: Willow
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Work Days per Week: 5 days
Hours per Day: 6.5 hours
Salary: Starting at $14.80 an hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two years post-secondary education OR completion of 60 semester hours OR an Associate Degree OR passing of ETS Parapro Assessment with a minimum score of 460
- Experience planning with teaching staff and performing K-3 student interventions, working with individual and small groups.
- Training in and knowledge of language arts/literacy components.
- Previous experience working with K-3 and the MTSS/RTI process.
- Previous experience collaborating with staff and following a sequential intervention plan
- Documented participation in literacy and/or math Professional Development.
