Operational Performance Director

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining key financial Staffing models and ensures they are aligned with the organizations financials plans and operational priorities. Develops and delivers Operational scorecards, analytic models, tools, and resources (e.g., segmentation, correlation, multiple regression, trend analysis, behavioral analysis, predictive modeling, etc.) in support of organization. Assists with generating data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with segments and business partners, and functional experts in order to drive fact-based decision making at all levels within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Build Staffing models and maintain high level org chart by role
Supplies information, data, and reports regarding functional activities and processes.
Develop, enhance, and deliver Operational Scorecards
Conduct end-to-end process reviews including process flows, assignment lifecycles, field inputs and process, etc..
Establish and deliver Sales Comp tracking
Analyze, interpret, and evaluate organizational performance, results, and trends and initiate appropriate recovery plans to improve performance from various segments.
Identify and measure team/segment efficiencies
Monitor and measure activities for unattached fee sales
Monitor and measure performance, sales, and growth in new services (ESG sales in particular)
Measure and track diversify of ZRS sales outside of headcount dependencies (e.g. IoT sales, subscriptions services, new/select vendors, etc)
Conduct core analyses based on research and modeling to understand and quantify the risks associated with proposed services, processes, policies, regulatory change or other external factors (e.g. environmental, political, economic).
Independently collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats and make recommendations in order to support the department's decision making process.
Provide data used to help understand customers´ objectives, processes, products and services in order to help understand performance improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience in Operations or related field
OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in Operations or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of procurement, vendor management, marketing, and risk exposures, controls and risk improvement best practices and methodologies
People management experience
Insurance industry certification
