Description:
Manages the strategic, coordinated, and build activities associated with proactive, integrated, and effective website digital marketing solutions. Provides enterprise oversight and leadership of integrated digital marketing strategies aimed at digital growth and consumer engagement. Responsible for select aspects of digital marketing platform technologies and consumer engagement initiatives, setting performance metrics, measuring, and modifying to achieve positive return on investment.
Supports Trinity Health brand initiatives that include digital marketing campaigns and content development. Partners with Regional Health Ministry (RHM) marketing and communications leaders to ensure website platforms support local brand campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Health in leadership behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Responsible for implementation of digital front door website enhancements across the Trinity Health enterprise.
Crafts website strategies focusing on the user experience and well-researched journeys including the use of user testing.
Manages day to day content for external websites via content management systems and design software. Ensures and coordinates the timely update of new information on web pages in collaboration with others.
Maintains website standards and guidelines as they relate to content, ease of use, graphics and brand image, and compliance. Coordinates and manages technical development with system office, Trinity Health Information Systems and external digital vendors.
Responsible for organic search optimization (SEO) to continually optimize and improve sites for leading search engines.
Reviews, reports and responds to web analytics requests to generate reports and draw conclusions and insights.
Manages the website provider and location update process. Includes online listings and online reputation management strategy. Develops and maintains online directory listings on third-party websites.
Supports digital marketing campaign process including website landing page development and tracking code strategy and implementation.
Supports, assists and provides guidance to other digital marketing colleagues on an as-needed basis.
Stays abreast of trends and best practices to maximize website efficiency and effectiveness.
Documents key requirements, decisions, best practices and creates playbooks to onboard and train colleagues across the enterprise.
Leads select vendor relationships including vendor selection, management of day-to-day activities, and evaluations.
Assists with budgets and resource allocation (e.g., financial, people, technology). Develops business cases as required.
Demonstrates accountability for website marketing platform updates, platform administration, and improvements.
Leads enterprise-wide meetings discussing performance and creative enhancements as well as communicates to leadership on a regular basis.
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to website marketing platforms both internal and vendor provided.
Works with other marketing managers to ensure cross-channel campaign consistency of strategy and message.
Works with the Communications department and RHMs leading various content strategy and planning activities and maintains an enterprise-wide content calendar.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science or related field, with five (5) to seven (7) years work experience in digital marketing, brand, or communications development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge with website content management systems, fluency in HTML, CSS, Javascript. Desired but not mandatory: SQL and Drupal
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Experienced website marketer who is well-versed in the marketing campaign process - from research to positioning to marketing channel selection and creative development.
Strong aptitude in marketing analytics and techniques including A/B testing, subject line testing, segmentation, list suppression, and other digital marketing optimization techniques.
Organized, reliable, and independent with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong writing, presentation, editing and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to provide leadership and counsel to other Marketing leaders throughout the Ministry.
Ability to influence and manage change in a positive and collaborative manner.
An attitude focused on being resourceful, being proactive and getting results.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Pay Range: $45.39- $68.09
