CONSTRUCTION LABORER (12) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/24-11/1/24, Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers for MOLON EXCAVATING , INC. at multiple worksites within Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, and Antrim Counties/ MI . ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED8 HR/ DAY . Workers are responsible for transportation to the designated pick up location in Traverse City MI , Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Traverse City MI No exp/edu. req’d. 40hr/wk. 8 HR/ DAY Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm, $ 20.28 hr OT $ 30.42/hr if necessary. Employer will provide daily subsistence of $15.88 per day during travel to a max.of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will reimburse the H–2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H–2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
