Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly.
- Operate Machinery: Utilize industrial dishwashers; ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained.
- Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling as required.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace that meets health and safety standards.
- Support Kitchen Staff: Assist in basic food preparation as directed.
- Restock: Replenish dishware in serving stations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
Banquet Server Responsibilities:
- Manage all banquet event setups from linen arrangement to buffet setups.
- Provide professional, timely, and efficient service, including food and beverage setup, transport, and service.
- Address any client or guest issues promptly and report to the supervisor on duty.
- Execute closing duties, including clearing items and setting up for future events.
- Uphold a safe, harassment-free environment and adhere to all policies, regulations, and standards.
- Attend pre-shift meetings for event details and departmental updates.
- Adhere to the departmental dress code and represent the agency in a professional manner.
- Handle irregular schedules and shifts, which might change on short notice.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and Point-of-Sale operation when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements for Both Roles:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to operate in busy environments.
