SHIFTS/HOURS:
- 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday.
- Mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.

QUALITY/SKILLS:
- Perform assembly tasks following standardized procedures and guidelines.
- Read and interpret work orders to assemble products correctly.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and report defects or issues with the products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols for a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Continuously improve assembly processes and suggest efficiency enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior assembly experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
- Punctuality and reliability.
