Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks, ensuring a sterile and sanitary environment in various areas of the medical facility.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols, especially in high-traffic and sensitive areas.
- Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of medical waste, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Floor Care: Utilize appropriate equipment for floor care, including vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor sterilization.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to cleaning requests in emergency situations, such as spills or accidents.
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of infection control practices and protocols.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
