POSITION: Steel Production Worker
SWING SHIFT:
- 5:00am-3:00pm and/or 3:00pm-1:00am.
- MUST BE WILLING TO CHANGE SHIFTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Shift changes may occur within a 5-day notice period.

COMPENSATION:
- Starting at $16.00/hr. during the probationary period of 0-90 days
- Expect increases to $17.00/hr. after completion of 90 days.
- Another increase to $18.00/hr. after 6 months of employment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Steel Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with reprocessing steel parts. These tasks may include power-washing steel parts, sorting, loading, and unloading materials.
Additionally, you may be involved in machine operation, shipping, receiving, and general cleaning duties. Our work environment mainly comprises warehouse-type buildings, which are predominantly open to the outside.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Fitness: This role may involve heavy lifting and physical exertion. Candidates must be able to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Clean Background and Drug Screen: We maintain a safe and productive work environment. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous Industrial Experience: Prior experience in an industrial setting is preferred. Knowledge of steel production processes is a plus.
- Shift Flexibility: We value adaptability and seek individuals who are open to various shift times.
- Working in the elements, facility is not temperature controlled.
- May be working on elevated platforms, must be able to deal with heights.
