Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities for the Industrial Engineer include but are not limited to:?
· Collaborate with the project team to implement solutions addressing ergonomic issues in the Finishing production area.
· Assist in the execution of engineering design changes aimed at reducing injury risks in manufacturing.
· Facilitate the provision and integration of off-the-shelf manual material handling tools.
· Coordinate administrative adjustments necessary for improving ergonomic conditions.
· Support the implementation phase of identified solutions for ongoing risks.
· Drive the evaluation of unresolved risks, contributing to the generation of viable solutions.
· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing ongoing evaluations.
· Communicate progress and findings to the project team and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation and sustained improvements in ergonomic conditions.
· Document processes, changes, and results for future reference and analysis.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:?
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering preferred.
OSHA Certification: Certification in Industrial Engineering preferred.
3-5 years proven experience in Industrial Engineering preferred.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
