Summary The incumbent will serve as Public Affairs Specialist (My HealtheVet Coordinator) for Connected Care located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Understanding in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Connected Care applications, My HealtheVet and Secure Messaging programs. Basic understanding of policies and precedents which affect the use of these Connected Care programs and related support resources; initiatives and activities. Ability to identify issues and resources available to quickly analyze the problem, assist with advising and instructing support staff concerning matters such as daily workflow, directives, reports, correspondence, and data collection procedures to a variety of individuals. (One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent one (1) year of full-time study. You must have an equivalent combination of successfully completed graduate education and specialized experience, as described above, which meets the total qualification requirement for the GS-9 grade level.
