- High school diploma or GED.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Experience working in a licensed child care center (helpful but not required).
- Current First Aid.
- Current certification in infant, child, and adult CPR.
- Negative TB screening and a physical.
- Pass a State of Michigan criminal clearance.
- Complete a minimum of 24 hours of annual training.
- Reliable transportation
