Description:
The virtual and cloud hosted system administrator is a specialist who collaboratively manages and supports the enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and cloud account offerings.
Autonomously performing independent and increasingly complex professional support to support and implement solutions which meet their needs.
Duties include client support, systems configuration, deployment, testing, performance optimization, monitoring, maintenance, and migration.
This position requires strong organization, customer support, problem solving and technical skills.
