- Job Requirements:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (these skills are a plus but can be taught on the job)
- Motivated Self Starter
- Must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace

- Light accounts payable responsibilities
- Support for primary purchasing agent
- Manage credit card statements
- Post invoices
- Project Administrative duties
- Back up for general administrative duties
- Use of general office equipment
