Your New Role
Under the direction of the materials manager, is responsible for providing support across the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure that regulatory and client requirements are addressed thoroughly and effectively in a timely manner. Additional duties include the correction and/or resolution of identified data discrepancies and assist with quality control processes and/or projects to address those data discrepancies.
As a Supply Chain Analyst you will
Take the lead in maintaining the integrity of the material master database records (item master data, bill of materials, routings, and vendor master data). Work with all departments to maintain data in the system.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve master data related issues and questions.
Provide oversight for the creation, governance, management, and coordination of activities related to the Data Integrity Governance Program include directing, developing, and maintaining Data Integrity compliance activities across the end-to-end product and across all sites and internal functions in alignment with relevant governmental regulations and guidelines.
Assist in conducting data integrity gap assessments, develop remediation plans and strategies, and manage tasks towards execution.
Develop and utilize metrics and KPIs to assure programs' success and develop data analytics management processes.
Responsible for coordinating data gathering with Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management for subcontracting reporting requirements
Utilizes and compiles data from various systems/repositories to meet internal/external reporting needs
Supports Inventory Management
Supports negative inventory and inventory discrepancies root cause analysis.
Utilize visualization technologies to create information from various data sets and sources.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
Work with database administrators throughout the organization to ensure data integrity and consistency while developing efficiencies as appropriate.
Identify new sources of data and improvements to data collection methods.
What you will need to succeed in this role
3 years+ minimum related experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration or Completion of post-secondary in a related field e.g., materials management with equivalent work-related experience.
Must possess strong ERP System knowledge and experience. CMS (Epicor ERP System) experience preferred.
Strong understanding of technology, Bill of Materials and ERP structures
Must Possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Must possess human relations skills and maturity of judgement.
Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
