Job Description:
TubeCo-inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality, Quoting, and Program Management Specialist. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As the Quality, Quoting, and Program Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards, managing quoting processes, and overseeing various programs to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on quality feedback.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Record Data related to quality control.
- Inspect, test or measure materials to meet specifications
- Write test and inspection reports
- Learn ERP Computer system
- Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and competitive quotations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather necessary information for quoting purposes.
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable contracts.
- Coordinate and oversee various programs related to production, supply chain, and customer relationships.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution of programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent knowledge base.
- Proven experience in quality management, quoting processes, and program management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
