The ideal candidate is required to have a Bachelor’s degree or at least two to four years of work experience in human resources, business, education, psychology, or related social science area is required. Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification is preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or Google applications, databases, and websites is required. Experience with data reporting is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides day-to-day oversight of WIOA programs and sub-recipients.
- Engages in community outreach, resource gathering, and sharing.
- Monitors internal reporting systems to ensure accuracy of data entered.
- Extracts and analyzes data from various sources.
- Manages the federal and state databases, including developing and running reports, identifying problems, and developing solutions for sub-recipient deficiencies in data entry.
- Provides data system training for CAMW! WIOA program sub-recipients as needed.
- Verifies participant registration and other data in federal and state databases. Communicates with partners, as needed, to share and/or request participant information for programmatic monitoring.
- Compiles program statistics and performance data and prepares related reports for submission.
- Reconciles and validates reports with related data files/sources. Identifies and reports errors and corrections that are needed.
- Communicates with staff to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of participation activity.
- Disseminates new Federal and state-level policy to ensure understanding of updates to the database systems utilized by CAMW! for program purposes.
- Participates in monthly and quarterly program meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Annual Salary: $49,300-$66,730
