The Director, Digital Engagement leads the digital marketing strategy, content and social media channels with the responsibility to leverage consumers insights and performance data to optimize and grow engagement throughout the campaign journey. This position generates leads, drives traffic to owned channels, ensures maximum ROAS and conversion, and supports the evolution of digital marketing at Henry Ford Health System to take advantage of evolving advancements in the field. The position reports to the VP, Brand Engagement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science or e-commerce or related field, required. Master's Degree "preferred". 5-7+ years of native digital marketing leadership experience. 3-5yrs social media campaign oversight. Experience building and developing teams and talent in digital channels. Experience managing external agencies and partners. Experience creating assets and measuring programmatic digital marketing campaigns. Technical experience with knowledge of how marketing systems and technology platforms drive the tools, data, and information necessary to operate digital marketing channels. Deep understand of the science of search marketing in competitive industries; experience partnering with search-related companies and partners (Google, Microsoft, Kenshoo, etc.) on search products and capabilities, paid and organic. Previous marketing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or other consumer-centric industry is a plus.
