SRC is looking for someone to join our team as a Technical Refrigeration Specialist, and continue to support the team, and our thousands of loyal customers. We are looking for someone with working knowledge and real-world installation, service and support experience in the field of Walk In Cooler/Freezer Refrigeration. Someone who is looking for a regular schedule, good benefits, and a great working team office environment.
The basics of the role include daily interaction with Sales Staff, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customers, Vendors, and Contractors working with our products in the field. Daily tasks include refrigeration sizing, troubleshooting, Documentation of Field Issues, Service Questions, Warranty Questions and Warranty Fulfillment, and various other office related tasks and functions associated with this role.
The role we are looking to fill will be a critical role within the company, and will assist us as we continue to grow, and support the thousands of customers we have completed projects with over the last 40 plus years.
